العاهل السعودي يدشّن مشروع سقيا زمزم بتكلفة 700 مليون ريال ويوجه بتحديث حاويات زمزم في الحرمين.

مكة المكرمة (السعودية)ـ دشن العاهل السعودي الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز الجمعة مشروعه لسقيا زمزم في منطقة كدي في مكة المكرمة، والهادف إلى ضمان نقاوة مياه زمزم بأحدث الطرق العالمية، وبتكلفة مالية تبلغ 700 مليون ريال.
وذكرت صحف سعودية أن العاهل السعودي أعطى إشارة بدء المشروع بالضغط بيده على لوحة إلكترونية، تلاها عرض فيلم وثائقي عن تاريخ بئر زمزم من البداية حتى العصر الحديث.
وقالت صحيفة "عكاظ" إن الملك عبدالله "وجه بتنفيذ مشروعين لتحديث حاويات مياه زمزم في المسجدين الشريفين".
ونقلت الصحيفة عن الرئيس العام لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي الشريف الشيخ صالح بن عبد الرحمن الحصين قوله "إن التوسعة سترفع حجم الطاقة الاستيعابية للبئر إلى مرة ونصف المرة مقارنة بالطاقة الحالية".
من جهته، كشف عبدالله الحصين وزير المياه والكهرباء السعودي عن توجيه الملك عبدالله "بتنفيذ مشروعين لتطوير حاويات زمزم شكلاً ومضموناً، والقضاء على السلبيات المضرة بالبئر، مبيناً أنه تم الانتهاء من خمسة آلاف حاوية ستكون جاهزة في موسم الحج المقبل".
وبين وزير المياه والكهرباء أن "المشروع الثاني يتمثل في تنظيف الحاويات في المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي تنظيفا آلياً بدلا من التدخل اليدوي، حيث لا تزيد كمية المياه للنظافة عن لتر ونصف اللتر، ويمكن تنظيف 250 حاوية في الساعة آلياً".
وقال الحصين "إن الطاقة المزودة لمحطة التصفية في مشروع السقيا تبلغ خمسة ملايين لتر يوماً".
وأضاف "عبر خطي تصفية، ووحدة تعقيم في نهاية كل خط، إذ سيخزن الخط الواحد عشرة ملايين لتر كحد أقصى".
وأفاد وزير المياه والكهرباء بأن "المشروع مزود بمصنع يتكون من مبانٍ عدة، منها مباني ضواغط الهواء، مستودع المياه الخام، ومبنى خطوط الإنتاج، ومبنى مستودع العبوات المنتجة بطاقة تخزينية يومية تبلغ 200 ألف عبوة، ومساحة كلية 13.405 أمتار مربعة".
وأضاف "كما يحوي المشروع مستودعا آليا مركزيا لتخزين وتوزيع العبوات المنتجة من مصنع التعبئة مجهز بأحدث تكييف وأنظمة وإنذار وإطفاء حريق، بتكلفة تبلغ 75 مليون ريال، وسيضخ المشروع 5 آلاف لتر مكعب يومياً".
اللعبة تواجه انتقادا حدا

فيينا - قال حزب يميني متطرف في النمسا الجمعة ان السلطات حظرت لعبة للحزب على الانترنت يزيل فيها اللاعبون رسوما متحركة لمساجد ومسلمين.
وأدت لعبة "وداعا للمسجد" التي بدأت يوم الاثنين ولعبها أكثر من 200 الف شخص الى انتقاد حاد من الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي وحزب الخضر في النمسا فضلا عن الطوائف الاسلامية والكاثوليكية.
واللعبة التي ابتكرها فرع اقليمي لحزب الحرية اليميني المتطرف قبل انتخابات تجرى في وقت لاحق من هذا الشهر في ستيريا تشجع اللاعبين على جمع نقاط من خلال وضع هدف على المساجد والمآذن التي تظهر في الريف والنقر على علامة "ايقاف".
كما أن هناك فرصة (في اللعبة) للقضاء على مؤذن ملتح يدعو المسلمين للصلاة.
وقال بيان بموقع الحزب على الانترنت "نتيجة لضغوط سياسية من خصومنا منعت السلطات النمساوية هذه اللعبة".
وقال مكتب ممثل الادعاء المحلي في وقت سابق هذا الاسبوع انه يستجوب حزب الحرية للتحريض بشأن هذه اللعبة. وقال الحزب انه يريد بدء نقاش حول بناء المساجد.
ويأتي الخلاف النمساوي في اطار اتجاه أوسع في الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا حيث أصبح الاسلام قضية سياسية أكثر بروزا.
وضاعف حزب خيرت فيلدرز المناهض للاسلام مقاعده في البرلمان الهولندي في انتخابات يونيو حزيران وأيد الناخبون السويسريون فرض حظر على بناء الماذن في استفتاء في نوفمبر تشرين الثاني الماضي.
وتجدد الجدل في النمسا الشهر الماضي بعدما قال رئيس الطائفة المسلمة انه سيكون من الطبيعي أن ترى مسجدا بمئذنة ظاهرة في كل اقليم من اقاليم البلاد التسعة.
وتوجد أربعة مبان من هذا القبيل في النمسا لكن لا يوجد اي منها في ستيريا حيث يمثل المسلمون 1.6 بالمئة من سكانها حسبما افادت وكالة الصحافة النمساوية.
ويوجد حوالي نصف مليون مسلم بالنمسا التي يبلغ عدد سكانها ثمانية ملايين نسمة غالبيتهم من الكاثوليك ويحكمها تحالف وسطي.
وعلى المستوى الوطني يدعو حزب الحرية الى تصويت خاص على حظر المساجد التي لها ماذن والحجاب قبل انتخابات اقليمية اخرى في فيينا.

وزارة الفلاحة الجزائرية تتوقع تحقيق اكتفاء ذاتي من القمح وتجرب انتاج الذرة على نطاق تجاري لاول مرة في البلاد.

قال الامين العام للاتحاد الوطني للفلاحين الجزائريين ان الحكومة الجزائرية تدرس طلبات من شركات من اوروبا والخليج وكندا للبدء في انتاج الذرة على نطاق تجاري وذلك للمرة الاولى في البلاد.
واكد محمد عليوي ان شركات اجنبية من فرنسا وايطاليا واسبانيا وكندا والسعودية وقطر والامارات العربية المتحدة تسعى الى الاستثمار في مشروعات زراعة الذرة.
واضاف "المشروعات يمكن ان تنفذ اذا كان لديهم (المستثمرين) نوايا حقيقية للعمل معنا.
"طلباتهم قيد الدراسة... ارض الجزائر مفتوحة للاستثمار. سنكون قادرين على انتاج الذرة للمرة الاولى ان شاء الله."
ولم يذكر اسماء الشركات التي قدمت الطلبات.
وفي سياق متصل قال عليوي ان محصول الشعير الجزائري سيكون منخفضا جدا عن مستواه في العام الماضي لكن المحصول القوي من القمح الصلد سيؤدي الى تقليص واردات هذه السلعة.
والجزائر خامس أكبر مستورد للحبوب في العالم وتتفاوت وارداتها تبعا لحجم المحصول. وكان مسؤولون قد توقعوا أن يبلغ محصول الحبوب نحو 4.5 مليون طن انخفاضا من المحصول القياسي في العام الماضي الذي بلغ 6.1 مليون طن.
وقال محمد عليوي الامين العام للاتحاد الوطني للفلاحين لرويترز في مقابلة ان انتاج الشعير سيكون ضعيفا هذه السنة على الارجح وقد ينخفض بحوالي 50 في المئة.
وفيما يتعلق بالقمح الصلد قال عليوي ان الجزائر ستستورد كميات أقل لان الانتاج ممتاز ولن يكون البلد بعيدا عن مستوى الاكتفاء الذاتي.
وبعد محصول العام الماضي قال مسؤولون زراعيون جزائريون انهم جمدوا واردات القمح الصلد لوجود مخزون كاف.
وقال عليوي ان الجزائر لديها بالفعل مخزون كاف من القمح الصلد. وأضاف أن المحصول الجيد هذا العام سيعزز المخزون ويساعد على تقليص الواردات والاقتراب من الاكتفاء الذاتي.
ولم يذكر عليوي أرقاما لمحصول القمح اللين هذا العام. واكتمل حصاد محصول الحبوب في الجزائر لكن وزارة الزراعة لم تصدر بعد الارقام الرسمية للانتاج.

الاقتصادات الناشئة تقود نموا تجاريا فاق 25 بالمائة لكنها لا تزال أقل من مستوياتها القياسية المسجلة في 2008.

جنيف - أظهرت أرقام منظمة التجارة العالمية أن التجارة العالمية واصلت الانتعاش بقوة في النصف الاول من هذا العام حيث نمت بأكثر من الربع مقارنة بمستوياتها قبل عام مع نمو قوي لصادرات الاقتصادات الناشئة على وجه الخصوص.
وعادة تنمو التجارة وتنكمش بمعدلات أسرع من الاقتصاد بأكمله لكن بيانات المنظمة تؤكد قوة الانتعاش العالمي في النصف الاول من هذا العام.
وأوضحت احصاءات المنظمة أن صادرات السلع العالمية -محسوبة بالقيمة الحالية للدولار بدون تعديل لاخذ تغير الاسعار في الحسبان- نمت 25.8 بالمئة في الربع الثاني عن مستواها في الفترة المقابلة من العام الماضي وذلك بعد نموها 25.7 بالمئة في الربع الاول.
ويشير هذا الى أن التجارة في النصف الاول من العام كانت مرتفعة بنحو 25 بالمئة من حيث القيمة عن مستواها قبل عام لكنها ما زالت أقل من مستوياتها القياسية المسجلة في منتصف عام 2008.
وبلغ النمو في الربع الثاني في روسيا وجمهوريات سوفيتية سابقة أخرى 43.9 بالمئة وفي اسيا 37.5 بالمئة.
وفاق النمو في أميركا الشمالية بما فيها المكسيك أيضا المعدل العالمي حيث بلغ النمو 28.5 بالمئة لكن نمو الصادرات في اوروبا كان بحوالي نصف المعدل العالمي حيث بلغ 13.2 بالمئة.
وتستند الارقام الى احصاءات شهرية من نحو 70 اقتصادا تمثل حوالي 90 بالمئة من التجارة العالمية.
وتظهر الارقام أن تجارة السلع تراجعت في ابريل/نيسان ومايو/أيار ثم نمت في يونيو/حزيران. لكن هذه الارقام الشهرية متقلبة جدا بسبب العوامل الموسمية التي لا يجري تعديل الارقام على أساسها.
وقالت منظمة التجارة العالمية ان الصادرات العالمية في الربع الثاني كانت مرتفعة بمقدار سبعة في المئة عن مستواها في الربع الاول من هذا العام.
وانكمشت الصادرات العالمية من حيث القيمة بمقدار 23 بالمئة في 2009 الى 12.15 تريليون دولار.
وتتوقع المنظمة أن تنمو الصادرات العالمية بأكثر من عشرة بالمئة من حيث الحجم هذا العام بعد انكماشها بنسبة 12 بالمئة في 2009

رئيس مجلس ادارة شركتي رينو ونيسان يقول ان دعم الحكومات سيمنح السيارات الكهربائية مستقبلا واعدا في الخليج.

ابوظبي - اعلن رئيس مجلس ادارة شركتي رينو الفرنسية ونيسان اليابانية لصناعة السيارات كارلوس غصن الاثنين في ابوظبي ان السيارات الكهربائية لها مستقبل في دول الخليج ودول اخرى غنية بالنفط شرط ان تدعم الحكومات هذا القطاع.
وقال غصن لدى سؤاله حول امكان نجاح السيارة الكهربائية في الدول المنتجة للنفط "اعتقد انه ممكن" قبل ان يضيف "الامر يتعلق بالدعم الاولي التي تعطيه الحكومات المعنية".
وقال غصن امام الصحافيين ان "السيارة الكهربائية تحقق نجاحا في الولايات المتحدة واليابان واوروبا" لان الحكومات "قررت دعم المستهلكين لاطلاق عمليات البيع".
واضاف ان التحفيزات التي قدمتها تلك الحكومات لخفض اسعار السيارات التي لا تنبعث منها اي غازات كانت "سر" ذلك النجاح.
ومن المقرر ان تطلق نيسان نموذجها الاول "ليف" قبل نهاية العام وهي تعمل بالطاقة الكهربائية بنسبة 100%. والسيارة مجهزة بمقاعد لخمسة ركاب وتسير لمسافة 160 كلم قبل اعادة شحن بطاريتها التي تشحن 80% من طاقتها خلال 30 دقيقة فقط. وتبلغ سرعتها القصوى 140 كلم/الساعة.
اما رينو الفرنسية فتطور اربع سيارات كهربائية احداها ستطلق اعتبارا من اواسط العام 2011.
وليس لاي من رينو او نيسان "مشاريع" لتوسيع قدراتهما الانتاجية في الشرق الاوسط في غياب اتفاق حول التبادل الحر بين الدول العربية.
واضاف غصن ان نيسان تملك مصنعا في مصر بينما تبني رينو واحدا في المغرب، معتبرا من جهة اخرى ان العام 2010 سيكون قياسيا لجهة المبيعات العامة للسيارات.

وداعا للكتب والكراسات.. الواح رقمية تفاعلية يتم تجريبها في مدارس فرنسية تلقى استحسان التلاميذ والمعلمين.

بعد عام من اختبار ناجح للكتب المدرسية الرقمية شمل تلامذة الصف الأول المتوسط، تعتزم مدرسة فيكتور غرينيار في ليون التي تستقبل أطفالا محرومين مواكبة العصر الرقمي، موسعة هذه التجربة بحماسة لتشمل تلامذة الصف الثاني المتوسط.
هذه المدرسة "التجريبية" التي أعيد تأهيلها بالكامل في العام 2008 تستقبل 480 تلميذا، بعضهم يعانون من "صعوبات شديدة" و"لا يتقنون الفرنسية"، حسبما تشرح المديرة انيك تيسيدر.
عند توليها ادارة المدرسة في العام 2006، ادخلت التقنيات الرقمية بفضل موقع "لاكلاس دوت كوم" التفاعلي الذي يتيح التواصل بين التلامذة والمعلمين.
وبفضل عزمها، اختيرت المدرسة في العام 2009 لتكون واحدة من 64 مدرسة في فرنسا (وخمسة في مقاطعة رون) تختبر الكتب المدرسية الرقمية في الصف الاول المتوسط في أربع مواد هي الرياضيات، والتاريخ والجغرافيا، واللغة الفرنسية، والتكنولوجيا.
إنه "خيار اقتصادي" على حساب اللغات الحية "لأنه كان يجب تحديث كتب الفرنسية"، حسبما تقر تيسيدر التي تتمنى "تعميم ذلك ليشمل كل المواد".
وقد "دهشت" معلمة الرياضيات السابقة هذه عندما رأت أن بعض التلامذة الذين كانوا "لا يجيدون استعمال مقياس الزوايا أو الفرجار" باتوا يتقنون "رسم اشكال هندسية" على لوح تفاعلي، وهي تشير الى ان "الهدف الأساسي كان تخفيض وزن الحقائب لأن الكتب المدرسية الورقية تبقى في المنزل".
في مدرسة فيكتور غرينيار، يتم تدريس المواد الاربع في قاعات مجهزة بآلة لعرض الأفلام وكمبيوتر محمول ولوح أبيض تفاعلي. وتقدر المدرسة كلفة هذه التجهيزات بثلاثين الف يورو.
تظهر صفحات الكتاب الرقمي على اللوح، ويمكن للمعلم ان ينقر بقلم رقمي على وصلات تفتح صورا أو فيديوهات أو مواد من الارشيف.
تقول ليليان انسليه، التي لم تعد "تتصور انه يمكنها تعليم الرياضيات بطريقة اخرى" أن "هذا يتيح لنا الشرح بطريقة افضل وإثارة اهتمام التلامذة بشكل أسهل. انهم اكثر حماسة والدروس أوضح لا سيما في علم الهندسة".
وقد رحب تلامذتها بهذه المقاربة الجديدة. وتقول هذه المعلمة الثلاثينية ان ذلك "يطمئن الذين يواجهون صعوبات في الرياضيات".
مرة كل 15 يوما، تنظم جلسات تمارين في قاعة يتوفر فيها لكل تلميذ حاسوب صغير.
تقول اناييس، 12 عاما، التي ترى أن الدروس، لا سيما دروس التاريخ والجغرافيا، أصبحت "أكثر حيوية" "أنا مسرورة جدا لأننا استطعنا متابعة ذلك في الصف الثاني المتوسط. هذا أفضل بكثير لأنه لم يعد يتوجب علينا حمل الكتب، وأصبح التعلم أسهل".
وتضيف هذه المراهقة التي تحسدها صديقاتها في مدارس أخرى "يشرح لنا المعلمون امورا كثيرة. لم نعد نكتب على اللوح، والآخرون يشاركون ويساعدوننا".
وتوضح ماريان شايمي، معلمة التاريخ والجغرافيا، ان ذلك يتيح لها "تحديث" طريقتها في التعليم. وتشير هذه المعلمة الاربعينية التي لم تعد تتصور "العودة الى الطريقة القديمة" الى ان الطريقة الجديدة "اكثر حيوية ومتعة. تلامذتنا من جيل الكمبيوتر وهم يحبون ذلك".
